Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin 'Micho' Sredejovich has excluded Emmanuel Okwi from the provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers double-header against Rwanda.
The Cranes captain has been without a club and looked out of form in the opening two games of the campaign.
Also missing on the lists is Derrick Nsibambi who recently joined Ethiopian side Sidama Coffee.
However, the Israel-based duo of striker Fahad Bayo and center half Timothy Awany has been included along with Taddeo Lwanga who return to action after sustaining an injury before the Kenya encounter.
Uganda Cranes visit Rwanda for the first leg on 7th October and will play hosts at St. Mary's Stadium - Kitende three days later.
