Fauzia Najjemba was in fine form as Uganda swept Djibouti on Matchday 2 of the Cecafa Women’s U20 Championship at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru on Monday.

The skipper scored six against hapless Djibouti as Uganda registered a 13-0 win. With the six goals, Najjemba ascended to the summit of the top scorers’ chart taking her tally to eight in two games having scored a brace against Burundi in the first game.

Uganda took the lead in the sixth minute through Hadijah Nandago who completed her brace in the second half.

The other goals for Uganda came from Catherine Nagadya, Asia Nakibuuka, Shamirah Nalugya, Shakira Nyinagahirwa and second half substitute Zaitun Namaganda.

Uganda will return to action on Wednesday against Eritrea while Djibouti will play Burundi.
