Onduparaka FC striker Mohammed Shaban is glad he is rediscovering his mojo after missing out on football action for a while.
The star is now turning out for his childhood club in the North of the country after tough stints at Vipers, KCCA and Raja Casablanca.
His career had been blighted by injuries especially while at Vipers where he failed to make any impact as he sat out most of the games.
Midway last season, he was indefinitely suspended by the club over indiscipline.
To date, the striker is rediscovering himself and has promised to start scoring the goals again via the club's portal.
"I know the fans are not happy because the goals are not coming yet particularly from me, but what matters most to me at the moment is playing football again.
"It's not easy to recover from the injuries for the past two seasons. I think time and patience count most at this stage. The goals will soon flow," he said.
Onduparaka have so far played five games in the current Uganda Premier League season. They have only recorded one win - against Bright Stars but lost to BUL and Vipers.
They have only found the back of the net twice after five rounds.
