Kawempe Muslim registered their second consecutive victory in FUFA Women Super League after seeing off Makerere University WFC 2-0 on Sunday. Shakira Nyinagahirwa and Agnes Nabukenya were on target for the Valley Warriors as they picked their fifth win of the season. The win moved Kawempe to third on the table, level on points while defeat for Makerere University sends them to the bottom of the pile. Kick-off was delayed after a downpour with most parts of the pitch flooded and the first-half performance from both sides was a testament to how the ground was unplayable. The second half saw an improved performance from Kawempe. Agnes Nabukenya's effort was kept out for a corner by She Mak goalkeeper Shadia Nankya before the breakthrough from Nyinagahirwa with about 25 minutes to play. Moments later, Nabukenya made it two, scoring in an empty net after beating off her markers in the area including goalkeeper Nankya. Next Up Kawempe Muslim will visit Rines WFC on Sunday, 26th March in the next game while Makerere University welcome Uganda Martyrs SS Lubaga on the same day. Matchday 13 Results Saturday, 11th March
