Jamil Kisutu was on target as Bunyoro registered a victory in the Empaako Derby.

Bunyoro Province registered a 1-0 victory against Tooro Province in the 2023 FUFA Drum game played at Huruma Playground, Kyegegwa Town.

It was a relieving victory for Bunyoro victory who had travelled on a trip away from home.

After a 2-0 loss to Buganda Province at home, all that Bunyoro Province needed was a victory thus keeping their chances alive.

Its a successive loss for Tooro Province who just fell to the hands of Kitaara FC in a 0-3 friendly game.
