Uganda Premier League side Kitara FC has completed the acquisition of forward Najib Yiga on a season-long loan deal.

Yiga completed the season-long deal with Vipers SC.

Yiga is a graduate of St. Mary's and has joined the Hoima-based club as he seeks to regain his form.

He hardly gained quality playing time because of injuries but this season will give him a chance to get back into the fold.

He got straight to business after completing the deal and was part of the training session with the club at St John Bosco Seminary playground.

He has so far played two trial games. He came off the bench in the second half against Pajobi United and Buliisa FC.

Yiga has been part of the ranks from the U-20 and U-23 national teams proving a quality player he is.

The forward will seek to create a mark at Kitara FC as the league newbies chance huge ambitions in the Uganda Premier League
