Bright Stars are set to lock horns with SC Villa in the Uganda Premier League at Kavumba Recreational Grounds, Wakiso on Tuesday, December 5.

Both sides come into the fixture having won their previous games convincingly. Bright Stars beat 10-man Arua Hill SC 3-1 while SC Villa easily went past Busoga United in a 2-0 victory.

Bright Stars had a slow start to the season going six games without a victory. Among those they suffered three defeats and managed three draws.

On the other hand, SC Villa have had an inconsistent run of results. In the eight games played so far, they have registered three wins, managed three draws and suffered two defeats.

SC Villa's backline will need to be alert to ensure that Nelson Senkatuka is kept at bay. The forward had managed to score a total of seven goals in the last seven games played.

Though Villa's fans will not worry much since their backline has been fair, conceding seven goals thus far.

Umar Lutalo and Patrick Kakande have been on hot form pulling the strings in the midfield and also keeping the opponents' defenders pegged on the back feet.

In the last 20 meetings between the two sides, Villa has won 11 while Bright Stars has come out victorious thrice sharing spoils on six occasions.
