Forward Sadat Happy Anaku has completed his move to Uganda Premier League side KCCA FC.
The pacy forward joins KCCA on a season-long deal that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
Anaku returns to a club that he left in August 2022. At that moment, he joined the Scottish professional football side, Dundee United.
On his return, the forward admitted that he is so happy to be back at KCCA.
"I feel so happy to be back to KCCA FC where it all started. I am eager to compete with my mates to help the club achieve its objectives," he stated.
"I love the fact that when I came back here, I found several familiar faces in the dressing room, and this place simply feels like home," he added.
"I am thankful to the club board, management, and Head Coach for having granted me this opportunity to return to KCCA FC, and I can not wait to get started again."
But his stay at Dundee was short-lived since he did not get enough playing time due to recurring injuries.
Anaku joined KCCA in 2016 while he was still a student at Kibuli Secondary School. He played for the junior side until 2019.
For the time he has spent at the MTN Omondi Stadium, he has scored 83 goals in 52 games for the junior side and 22 goals in 67 games for the senior side.
