Police take on UPDF in the Uganda Premier League encounter at Bombo Barracks Grounds on Wednesday evening.

Police head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa has called upon his players to show up in the game against the Army side.

"It's a chance to improve on what we are still lacking but also improve our performance to improve our results," Mugerwa stated in the pre-match conference.

"We have emphasised to be very effective in the final third. We need to create more but also score so that we are capable of winning games," he added.

Police have scored seven goals and conceded six on the other hand which further explains that they have not been sharp enough in front of the goal.

In the four games played away from home, they have won once, drawn twice and lost once.
