The visitors showed their intent early on, with Ivan Ahimbisibwe finding the back of the net in the 3rd minute. However, his effort was ruled out for offside by assistant referee Ronald Katenya.
Moments later, Joshua Lubwama's header hit the woodwork, while Enock Walusimbi's shot missed the target.
URA finally broke the deadlock in the 42nd minute when Godfrey Sekibengo fired a low drive past the goalkeeper after being set up by Moses Aliro.
In the second half, the Tax Collectors extended their lead in the 58th minute. Ahimbisibwe showcased composure to slot home after receiving a precise assist from Tusubira.
Seven minutes later, Ahimbisibwe completed his brace with a stunning strike, again set up by the impressive Aliro.
The victory lifts URA to fifth place on the table with 14 points, while Wakiso Giants remain in 13th with just nine points from 10 matches.
