Uganda Premier League side Police FC completed the signing of former KCCA forward in the just-concluded transfer window.

The transfer was confirmed via the club's official social handles on Wednesday, February 6, 2025.

"We are thrilled to announce the signing of striker Loki Emmanuel from KCCA FC," the statement partly reads.

The 23-year-old forward put pen to a six-month employment contract with an option to extend.

Loki reunites with gaffer Simon Peter Mugerwa with whom they worked at Bulemeezi, Buddo SS and Bright Stars.

He is expected to fill the shoes of Isaac Ogwang who left the Cops to join Vipers SC.

Police lie 10th on the UPL log with 18 points gathered in 15 games played.
