FUFA Women Super League | Results

Kampala Queens secured a 2-0 victory against Makerere University in the FUFA Women Super League at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on Saturday.

Shamira Nalugya and Peace Muduwa were on target as Kampala Queens collected maximum points on the day.

Nalugya found the back of the net in the 36th minute after guiding Sumaya Komuntale's delivery into the back of the net.

Zainah Namuleme tried to get a quick response but Daisy Nakaziro was equal to the test with a massive save.

Muduwa doubled the hosts' lead with a great strike after beating several markers thanks to her excellent dribbling skills.

The victory keeps Kampala Queens on top of the log with 31 points while Makerere University drops 8th with 14 points.

Kampala Queens will return to action on March 1 as they host rivals She Corporates.
