Bright Stars have failed to arrest their poor run thus sticking in the red zone of the Uganda Premier League.

BUL secured a 2-0 victory against Bright Stars in the Uganda Premier League encounter at Kavumba Recreation Grounds on Saturday.

Walter Ochora and Karim Ndugwa were on target at the visitors gathered maximum points on the day.

Ochora nodded home in the 60th minute capitalising on Jerome Kirya's well weighted corner kick.

Ndugwa doubled BUL's lead in the 70th minute after nodding home from close range.

With 12 games left to play, Brights are 15th with 11 points, nine below the red zone.

On the other hand, the victory sends BUL to third position on 29 points.
