Mbarara City shared spoils with BUL in the Uganda Premier League encounter at Kakyeka Stadium on Saturday.

Jimmy Ndalambi's effort was palmed away by goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa who was caught off his line.

Swabir Mpasa came close but his header off Nicholas Mwere but the effort went slightly wide of the frame.

Both sides played on the front foot but none would guide the ball into the back of the net.

With the draw, Mbarara remains 13th with 23 points while BUL lies third on the log with 36 points.

BUL return to action on Friday as they host SC Villa while Mbarara host URA on the same day.
