The FUFA Women Super League 2022-23 champions Kampala Queens FC have released a document putting Resty Nanziri on sale. Nanziri was the club’s top score after netting 11 goals in the just concluded campaign. “Kampala Queens Football Club is calling for interested International and local clubs for the 2022/23 top scorer,” the document reads. “Interested clubs should seek permission from the club that shall be generated to negotiate personal terms with the player,” it added. https://twitter.com/FcKampala/status/1661269065124462592 It’s still a shock to the football faithful who still seek to know why the champions have chosen to part ways with one of their very best player. “The reason for the interest of the club putting up the player for the sale is creating room for more players who are joining the club in that role,” it concluded. The Queens of Soccer have so far signed one player, forward Fauzia Ikwaput. Kampala Queens continue to prepare for the zonal CAF Champions League that will be played later on in the year.
