Avengers have proved too strong for Black Pearls and have all but sealed the National Sevens title with a circuit still to play.
The Entebbe-based side recorded a 20-7 win over the Peals thanks to tries from Sarah Kirabo, Florence Babirye, Christine Akello, and Juliet Nandawula.
Emilly Lekuru touched down for the Bweyogerere-based side who have been second-best against to Avengers throughout the season save for the opening weekend.
Meanwhile, in the Men's category, KOBs won their first circuit of the season.
In just their first appearance in the final, KOBs beat Buffaloes 15-5 at the Ntare School Rugby Pitch in Kakyeka.
Derrick Tukwasiibwe, commonly known as Mukiga, scored a brace in the first half to put KOBs in the driving seat before Ivan Odhiambo halved the deficit for Buffaloes.
While Buffaloes saw much of the ball in the second half, it was Pius Ogena who put the match to bed for KOBs hence sealing their first Cup win of the season.
The 2024 National 7s Series will officially conclude next weekend with the Henry Rujumba Memorial 7s hosted by Black Pirates at Kings Park in Bweyogerere.
