Wakiso Hill Women Football Club, a FUFA Women Super League team, has officially parted ways with head coach Rogers Nkugwa.
In a statement released on Monday, November 25, 2024, the club confirmed the development, noting that the decision was made through mutual consent.
“Wakiso Hill Women Football Club has, with effect from November 25, 2024, agreed to part ways with Mr. Rogers Nkugwa under mutual consent,” the statement read in part.
The club emphasized that the move was made for the benefit and growth of both parties.
Nkugwa, who joined Wakiso Hill in January 2024, departs after 11 months in charge. During his tenure, the team made notable strides in the league.
The club assured fans that a new technical team would be announced soon.
