Karadali 0-1 Police

Police FC secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Karadali in the Uganda Cup Round of 64 on Saturday evening at Orum Primary School playground.

Daniel Jakony's lone strike proved decisive as Police advanced to the Round of 32, but not without a fight from the fifth-division Karadali side, which displayed remarkable organization and resilience.

Allan Bukenya came close to breaking the deadlock for Police but narrowly missed the target with a powerful shot.

Later, Ben Ocen squandered a golden opportunity in a one-on-one situation after being brilliantly set up by Herman Wasswa.

Despite the persistent pressure, it was Jakony who eventually broke through to secure the win for the Cops.

Police FC, who were eliminated by NEC in last season’s quarter-finals, now look to progress further in this year's campaign.
