Vipers SC takes on URA Football Club in a highly anticipated Uganda Premier League clash at St Mary's Stadium, Kitende on Friday.

The game is expected to give the football fraternity a perfect treat after a while of no action due to the international break.

Both teams with miss some of their key players who have been previously engaged with Uganda Cranes who recently played in World Cup Qualifiers.

Vipers could be without Yunus Sentamu, Bright Anukani, Milton Karisa, Rogers Torach and goalkeeper Jack Komakech.

While URA will also miss the presence of defender Hudu Mulikyi who is a great pillar in their backline.

URA head coach David Obua is confident ahead of the game and says the team has had a good preparation.

"We have tried to prepare well although not entirely with all boys since some were with the national team and some with their Provinces in the FUFA Drum," he said.

"However we are ready and know what lies ahead. The target is to go win three points and we have no excuse," he added.

In the last 22 meetings, URA has won seven games, Vipers has won six and they have shared spoils on nine ocassions.
