After weeks of speculation, Uganda Premier League side Onduparaka Football Club has finally confirmed the return of Muhammad Shaban.
The forward has reportedly signed a two-year deal that will keep him at the Greenlight Stadium until 2023 with an option for renewal.
The former Vipers and KCCA forward was handed the captain armband to steer the club on the pitch.
Shaban was handed the number 9 shirt, the same number he wore in his first stint with the Caterpillars.
He joins a long list of signings made the club has made in the offseason as James Jarieko James, Oscar Aluma, Ivan Okello, Yakin Rashid, Nathan Oloro, Robert Kitabalwa, Rashid Agau, Isaac Okello, Muzaid Aluma, Tibo Balemangi Tressor, Taban Wijo, Micheal Lutaaya, Ramathan Dudu and Nathaniel Atamba.
The Arua-based club is also set to announce George Lutalo as their head coach.
