The draws for the 2022 Uganda Cup Round of 64 have been conducted at Fufa House in Mengo.

As per the draws, the second division (Fufa Big League) and top division (Uganda Premier League) clubs will be on the road at this round of the tournament.

Cup holders Vipers Sports Club will make the second longest trip as they will travel to the southwest of the country to play Kigezi Home Boys at Kabale Municipal Stadium.

Premier League leaders KCCA FC will travel to the far east to take on Busia United while last season's losing finalists BUL will make the longest trip of the round for their tie against Bundimasoli in Bundibigyo.

The Round of 64 matches will be played between 18th and 30th January 2022.
