Scottish professional football club Dundee United has signed KCCA FC striker Sadat Anaku on a 2-year deal, the club confirms.

Rumors were rife that the 21-year-old would seal his move to the side and today, all have been laid to rest with the move.

According to a statement released by the club, "Dundee United watched Sadat net four goals in one game at that camp and, following an integration period at Tannadice," he excelled.

The club statement added; "Deployed as a number 9, in friendlies with Leicester U21s, Arsenal U21s and Newcastle, Sadat underlined his quality.

"He also netted a hat-trick in a 6-2 Dundee United B Team win over Queen’s Park earlier this week before penning a deal with United until the summer of 2024."

Anaku, a graduate of the KCCA FC Junior Team joined the club in 2016 and becomes the first player to join a team in Scotland from the Kasasiro.

In the 2020/21 season, he bagged 9 goals in 20 games and would later score 7 goals in 23 games in the 2021/22 season.
