FUFA Drum 2023 | Results
Tooro registered a hard earned 1-0 victory against Buganda Province in the ongoing 2023 FUFA Drum on Sunday evening.
Norman Namanya scored late to guide Tooro’s heist thus running away with the sweet victory at the death of the game.
Tooro came into the game after being fined by FUFA but they put the sorrow on the side to fight and celebrate their ancestry in style.
It was a slow start but later, the game’s rhythm grew gradually.
However both sides were conscious being tight at the back hence not coming bodies upfront.
Both sides made changes in the second half to introduce new bodies on the field of play hence having new energy to fight on and on.
The moment of madness came in added time after going past the 90th minute goalless as Namanya found the back of the net to send the home fans into a party mood.
