After scaping to victory last weekend against eternal rivals Kobs, Heathens were more comfortable on Matchday 3.

The National rugby Premier League record winners defeated Jinja Hippos, 38-05, in their own backyard and secured a bonus point that took them top of the standings.

Heathens ran in six tries scored by as many players while four were converted.

Winger Lawrence Ssebuliba, power man Scott Oluoch, loosie Reynolds Kato, center Michael Wokorach, halfback Aaron Ofoyrwoth and prop Akera Komakech all crossed the white chalk for Heathens.

Timotthy Mugisha scored the consolation try for Hippos.
