Cricket Cranes captain Brian Masaba has lauded his bowlers who strongly supported the team's quest for success against Kenya in the ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League B on Sunday.
Uganda won by 7 wickets having bundled out Kenya for 220 thanks to Cosmas Kyewuta (3/22) and Frank Nsubuga (1/21) stellar shows with the ball.
Masaba was pleased with their exploits backed up by Riazat Ali Shah (54/3), Dinesh Nakrani (48/2) and Henry Senyondo (39/1).
"That was very special from the bowling group. They brought us back into the game to win it," a delighted Masaba told Daily Monitor.
This was Uganda's 8th win in the two tournaments rounds so far played and the third consecutive after two home losses to Hong Kong and Jersey.
