Vipers Sports Club has completed the signing of winger Martin Kizza.
Kizza joins on a two-year deal (which runs up to at least until 2025) from Express Football Club, a side he last played for last season. The 25-year-old versatile forward becomes the Vipers first signing in the January transfer window. “I am really, really happy to be here,” Kizza told Vipers Media. “l feel privileged to be able to don this great shirt with its famous crest. This is a dream.” “I am motivated to continue living my dream by giving my best on the pitch. I am honestly going to give my all in the Vipers shirt. “Vipers have a rich history as a football club. I’ve played against the Venoms and I know what it feels like to be in the stadium with the fans rooting for them.” While at Express, Kizza won the 2020-21 StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) title and the coveted 2021 CECAFA Kagame Cup. In the past, he has also played for KCCA FC where he started his senior career in 2014, and SC Villa where he spent nearly four years, from 2015 to 2019.
