FUFA Women's Super League side Kampala Queens FC has unveiled defender Patience Nabulobi.

Nabulobi joins the Queens of Soccer from Uganda Martyrs Lubaga Women Football Club.

“Kampala Queens FC gladly announces the signing of defender Patience Nabulobi from Uganda Martyrs,” a statement partly read.

“Patience Nabulobi is a Queen. Welcome to the palace Queen Patience,” the statement added.

The defender has penned down a three-year employment contract with Kampala Queens that will keep her at the palace till 2026.

Nabulobi was so instrumental as her former side lifted FUFA Women’s Cup earlier this year. It was the second time she lifted it after winning it with She Makerere in 2019.

She will be the second player crossing from Lubaga to the palace joining Catherine Nagadya who did so earlier on.

The reigning league champions have already confirmed the acquisition of Shakirah Nyinagahirwa, Hadijah Nandago and Samalie Nakacwa on loan and Fazila Ikwaput on a permanent basis.
