Asaph Mwebaze has confirmed his departure from FUFA Big League side Mbale Heroes today Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

Mwebaze confirmed the development via his social media platforms on Tuesday morning.

“Mbale (Heroes) FC and I have mutually agreed to part ways. It has been a great experience with great expectations. The club is in a healthy position to attain promotion,” the statement reads.

“Thanks to the team, Chris Omony, Badru Chemisto, Wamududa, Madam Jessica, Magambo and the technical team at large,” he added.

The club is still silent about the development and it’s not yet clear why the two parties have chosen to part ways.

However, Mwebaze is a principled man who loves to have well-streamed proposals seeking for positive results.

The gaffer last worked with Bright Stars before he joined Mbale Heroes with the sole dream of helping them attain a slot in the top tier.

After playing 20 games, Mwebaze leaves the Eastern Giants in the third position with 35 points, five shy of log leaders Police FC.
