Kitara Football Club secured a 1-0 victory against Regional League side Pajule Lions Football Club in the FUFA Uganda Cup second leg on Sunday.
The first leg ended in a 3-1 victory at Masindi Municipality Stadium easing the effort needed in the second leg.
Brian Aheebwa broke the deadlock in the 15th minute to ensure that Kitara registered the much-needed victory.
The victory means that Kitara will take on NEC Football Club in the final of the prestigious competition.
It will be an all-Uganda Premier League affair as both sides are still in contention to win a double.
The two sides will lock horns in the final slated for Saturday, May 25 at a venue that is not yet confirmed by the federation.
