Jabeth Ojilong will be the youngest referee to officiate at the CAF Schools Championship.

Ojilong made it to the 21-man list of referees ahead of the second edition of the CAF Schools Championship slated for May 21 to 24 at Amaan Stadium, Zanzibar.

Ojilong is the only Ugandan and third referee picked from the East Africa region.

The 17-year-old referee was in charge of the quarterfinal duel as crowd favourite Blessed Sacrament Kimaanya took on St Mary's Kitende.

Ojilong has handled several games in different tournaments and his journey keeps taking positive strides as the clock unwinds.

Ojilong is the son of Samuel Ojilong (father) and Caroline Amoding (mother) who live in Kadok Village in Ngora District.
