Uganda Premier League side Kitara Football Club has completed the signing of Titus Ssematimba in the ongoing transfer window.
Ssematimba has agreed to a one-year employment contract that will keep him at the club until July 2025.
The announcement was confirmed today, Tuesday, July 9, through the club's official website.
"Titus Ssematimba is officially a Kitara Football Club player after agreeing and spending his signature on a year-long contract," the statement partly reads.
Ssematimba earlier spent two seasons at Wakiso Giants and showed a glimpse of potential at an early age.
After putting pen to paper, the attacking midfielder told the club's media that he was eager to write a new chapter with Kitara.
"I am excited and already feel welcome here (at Kitara). I am keen to write a new chapter with Kitara and hope it will be a good experience," he stated.
He added; "I want to give my very best, better myself as a player and help my new team win more games and silverware."
Ssematimba becomes the club's third signing following the arrival of defender Ronald Otti and defensive midfielder David Ndihabwe.
