BUL FC returned to winning ways on Friday with a victory over nemesis Busoga United FC in the Uganda Premier League. In the Jinja derby played at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, BUL won 2-0 to claim the bragging rights. Two goals in the second half from Karim Ndugwa and Ibrahim Mugulusi ensured the Alex Isabirye-coached side secured all three points. Isabirye made two changes from the team that had lost to Express FC last week. Aggrey Madoi who was making his first appearance this season started ahead of Richard Ayiko while Walter Ochora, returning from suspension got ahead of George Kasonko. Ndugwa broke the deadlock in the 65th minute, heading home Ronald Otti's cross. Six minutes later, Mugulusi struck home the second for the hosts to put the game beyond Busoga United's reach. Victory takes BUL to second place with 17 points, one behind leaders Wakiso Giants while Busoga United remains second from bottom on 3 points.
